Shipping and Delivery
We offer free delivery to most mainland postcodes in England, Scotland (excluding the Highlands), and Wales. If you're uncertain about your specific postcode's eligibility, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for verification.
- Delivery dates will be confirmed via email following your online order. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to £50 for each subsequent delivery attempt if the failure is not attributable to Famaya Luxury Beds or our courier partners.
- To avoid any potential delays or additional charges, kindly provide us with at least 3 working days' notice if you need to postpone your delivery. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling difficulties or the imposition of a re-delivery fee.
- While we strive to ensure timely deliveries through our partnership with reputable third-party delivery agents, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions (e.g., snowstorms, floods) may occasionally lead to delays beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the delivery for the earliest possible date.
Please be aware that our delivery drivers are not authorized to enter your property. If you encounter any property damage as a result of a delivery attempt, it is essential to report the incident directly to the delivery agent.
Famaya Luxury Beds cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by the delivery personnel.
- If you have opted for safe place delivery, we kindly remind you that we cannot be held liable for any missing or damaged products.
- Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods for any damage before signing for receipt. If you discover any defects or discrepancies, please notify us immediately.
- We reserve the right to charge a redirection fee of up to £50 if you decide to change the delivery address after the items have been dispatched from our warehouse.
In the event that you receive any items from
Famaya Luxury Beds that were not included in your original order, please refrain from using them. Instead, allow us to arrange a convenient collection. We will bear the carriage charges and strive to schedule a collection date that suits your availability, provided it is within
14 days of the error being discovered. Until the incorrect items are collected, you remain responsible for their safekeeping. If we are unable to agree on a suitable collection date or if you refuse or neglect our request to return the incorrect items, we may be compelled to take appropriate legal action to recover any losses incurred.
- For standard deliveries outside of the UK mainland (but within UK territory) or to specific postcode areas (AB, BT, DD, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, TR, ZE), please note that delivery times may range from 3 to 5 days from the point of dispatch. We are unable to provide precise estimated arrival times for orders to these areas. Delivery attempts are typically made between 8 AM and 8 PM.
- If your postcode is located in an area that requires a ferry for access, you will be responsible for arranging the necessary transportation. We can only deliver to the ferry terminal or depot.
