Famaya Luxury Beds Return Policy Summary
If you're unhappy with your purchase:
- Contact Famaya Luxury Beds within 14 days to discuss a resolution (replacement, component, etc.).

If you still want to return:
- Notify them via email (sales@comfysleepshome.co.uk) within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
- Include original order details (reference number, name, address, product details, order date).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days via your original payment method.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Important Exceptions:
- Mattresses and bedding cannot be returned once removed from packaging (hygiene reasons).
- Bespoke/made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after 3 days of ordering.
- Returns for changed mind (not faulty) require notification within 14 days and return within 28 days (customer pays return shipping).
- Original outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Custom-made, made-to-order, seasonal, limited edition, bespoke, and non-standard items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Matching items ordered after 20 days of the original order may not have a guaranteed color match.

- Self-arranged return (you cover costs)
- Collection arranged by Famaya (optional £50 fee)
Famaya reserves the right to:
- Reject return requests for damaged or improperly packaged items.
- Charge a £50 collection fee.
- Reject cancellation of bespoke/made-to-order items after 3 days.
