Refund policy

Famaya Luxury Beds Return Policy Summary

If you're unhappy with your purchase:

  • Contact Famaya Luxury Beds within 14 days to discuss a resolution (replacement, component, etc.).
  • If you still want to return:
    • Notify them via email (sales@comfysleepshome.co.uk) within 14 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
    • Include original order details (reference number, name, address, product details, order date).
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Refunds are processed within 14 working days via your original payment method.
    • Deposits are non-refundable.

Important Exceptions:

  • Mattresses and bedding cannot be returned once removed from packaging (hygiene reasons).
  • Bespoke/made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after 3 days of ordering.
  • Returns for changed mind (not faulty) require notification within 14 days and return within 28 days (customer pays return shipping).
  • Original outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Custom-made, made-to-order, seasonal, limited edition, bespoke, and non-standard items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Matching items ordered after 20 days of the original order may not have a guaranteed color match.

  • Self-arranged return (you cover costs)
  • Collection arranged by Famaya (optional £50 fee)

Famaya reserves the right to:

  • Reject return requests for damaged or improperly packaged items.
  • Charge a £50 collection fee.
  • Reject cancellation of bespoke/made-to-order items after 3 days.
